About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to become the operational backbone of a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales team.
Working closely with the Head of Sales, you'll ensure opportunities are converted into accurate quotes, organised follow-ups, clean CRM records and an exceptional client experience. Rather than carrying an individual sales target, you'll play a critical role in enabling the sales function to perform at its best.

The Role
You'll work alongside the Head of Sales to capture client commitments, coordinate quotations, manage CRM activity and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll also become a trusted first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries professionally while supporting the wider sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales actions, ensuring all customer commitments are captured, tracked and completed.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals using CRM and quoting systems.
- Follow up outstanding quotations, answer customer enquiries and keep opportunities progressing.
- Manage inbound customer enquiries and provide an excellent first impression for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring opportunities, activities and next steps are always up to date.
- Coordinate the handover of successful orders to Finance and Delivery teams.
- Assist with procurement activities, purchase orders and supplier coordination.
- Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process.
- Attend client meetings and build a strong understanding of customer requirements and the organisation's solutions.

You'll be someone who:

- 1-3+ years' experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales or Customer Service.
- Experience preparing high-quality documentation and quotations.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience preparing B2B quotations, proposals or tenders.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as ConnectWise, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
- Exposure to the IT, Managed Services or Technology sector.
