We're partnering with a highly successful and established retail business to find an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead multiple showroom locations across Sydney's South.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for driving retail sales performance, leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to project completion.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, coach your team to success and take ownership of commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of retail sales professionals
- Drive showroom sales performance and exceed revenue targets
- Monitor traffic, conversion rates and key sales metrics
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members
- Manage team rostering and workforce planning
- Ensure outstanding showroom presentation standards
- Work closely with suppliers to maximise competitiveness and profitability
- Oversee customer enquiries and lead allocation processes
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction outcomes
- Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless customer delivery

We're Looking For Someone With:
- Proven success in retail sales leadership
- Strong experience leading teams and driving performance
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop sales professionals
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using sales data and reporting to improve outcomes
- Sound Microsoft 365 skills
- A positive, resilient and customer-first mindset
