About the opportunity
- Join PRA, a national Digital & IT recruitment business with offices in Melbourne Sydney and Brisbane
- Work across a mix of contract and permanent placements in one of the busiest sectors in the market
- You'll assist with a range of roles in technology, from development to data, architecture to project services, and more
- Source and screen candidates against live briefs using our database, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn and Lusha
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for a specific specialisation or client account
- Support the end-to-end process: interviews, reference checks, offer management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM (JobAdder)
- Minimum experience 1-2 years in recruitment, or a similar sales or HR based role/environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working to deadlines and juggling multiple open roles at once
- Genuinely curious about people and what makes them tick professionally
- Prior recruitment, resourcing, or high-volume administrative/customer service experience is a plus

We have a flexible work environment, with strong support from the leaders in our interstate offices in Brisbane and Sydney.
