What You’ll Do
- Generate strong contract and permanent revenue streams
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates across Brisbane’s technology sector
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Grow your own portfolio while leveraging established client partnerships
- Collaborate with a high-performing team that shares knowledge and wins together
About You
- 3+ years’ recruitment, agency or technology sales experience
- Commercial mindset with strong customer focus
- Driven, optimistic, and relationship-oriented
