Role Overview
As Quality Assurance Lead, you will shape and implement quality-assurance frameworks to ensure robust standards across projects and business-as-usual operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage QA frameworks, governance, and standards across technology delivery.
- Lead testing strategies — functional, integration, performance, and UAT — for both project work and ongoing operations.
- Drive test automation and continuous improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Technology Delivery, Development, and Business teams to integrate quality throughout the lifecycle.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventative measures to support long-term quality.
- 7–10+ years’ experience in QA/test leadership within complex technology environments.
- Demonstrated success building QA frameworks and automation from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, JD Edwards, AWS, and test management tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
