We're partnering with an innovative health-tech business building a next-generation SaaS platform that's transforming the orthotics industry. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a QA Test Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of their platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both manual and automated testing in a modern engineering environment. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product stakeholders and leadership, while also having the opportunity to explore how emerging AI capabilities can enhance QA practices. The team actively encourages experimentation with AI tools and new approaches to improve testing efficiency and outcomes.
Experience:
- 3+ years' experience testing web applications
- Experience testing modern JavaScript applications built with React and Next.js
- Exposure to JavaScript technologies including Node.js and an understanding of how front-end and back-end systems interact
- Strong manual testing experience
- Automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar
- API testing experience using Postman, Bruno or equivalent tools
- SQL skills and exposure to .NET environments
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams
- Exposure to AWS environments
- Performance and security testing experience
- Mobile application testing experience
- Experience with Three.js or 3D applications
- Previous experience using AI tools to augment testing and QA processes
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Melbourne SE suburbs location, 2 days ideally in the office, some flexibility in this
- Salary of $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
