About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive QA Engineer
for a 6-month contract, focusing on AEM projects. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of digital experiences by designing, executing, and automating tests across our AEM platforms and related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning & Execution: Design and carry out manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of AEM solutions.
- Defect Management: Log, track, and help resolve defects, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders.
- Test Automation: Build and maintain robust automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium or JUnit.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, ensure test coverage, and align with Agile processes.
- Performance Testing: Assess and report on application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Cross-Browser & Device Testing: Ensure consistent user experiences across various browsers and devices.
- Agile/Scrum: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest AEM features and QA best practices to improve testing processes.
- Proven experience testing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies (functional, regression, integration, and performance testing).
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Nice to have: Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Target, or Campaign.
- Experience with API testing for AEM integrations.
