Contract Opportunity:

- Daily rate:$1200+ per day (depending on experience)
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Brisbane-based, with flexible working (5 days in office per fortnight)

Your Focus:
- Lead the design and delivery of a refreshed, organization-wide values framework
- Drive people-first change strategies that embed cultural capability across teams
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture, senior leadership, and stakeholders at all levels
- Apply human-centered and inclusive approaches to change management
- Ensure change is not only implemented, but understood, embraced, and sustained
