We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage UX projects end‑to‑end, coordinating designers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of UX and digital experience projects, from initiation through to closure.
- Establish and manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with MACS project governance, reporting, and assurance requirements.
- Prepare and present clear status reporting to project, program, and governance forums.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and project forums as required.
- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering UX‑led or digital experience projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi‑disciplinary delivery teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design requirements.
- Experience delivering projects in Agile or iterative environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
