Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IDAM) or broader cyber security projects
- Strong understanding of RBAC models, access lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver), and segregation of duties
- Experience working with security, infrastructure, and application teams
- Ability to manage governance, RAID, budget, and delivery reporting
- Experience coordinating vendors and technical SMEs in regulated environments
- End-to-end delivery of IDAM initiatives (planning, execution, reporting, closure)
- Managing scope, schedule, financials, risks, and dependencies
- Supporting persona-to-role mapping and access model implementation
- Driving stakeholder engagement across cyber, IT, audit, and business teams
- Ensuring compliance with security standards and audit requirements
Day rate: $900-$950 per day
