We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager
to lead a series of critical transformation initiatives across people, process, and systems. This role will suit someone who thrives in complex environments, can balance competing priorities, and brings a strong track record of stakeholder coordination and delivery.
Key Projects
- Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs): Coordinate the transition from seven agreements down to three, working closely with HR/P&C, vendors, and internal stakeholders. One agreement is already ballot-ready, with two more to follow. Experience in union negotiation or payroll transition projects will be highly regarded.
- NDIS Client Transition: Manage the migration of NDIS clients into a new entity following recent registration changes. This requires alignment across systems, financials, and contractual obligations, with a firm deadline ahead of the annual audit in February 2026.
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Establish organisation-wide continuity frameworks, identifying current gaps and shaping practical, scalable plans across multiple business units.
- Defining scope, deliverables, and milestones for each project.
- Coordinating with vendors, subject matter experts, and executive stakeholders.
- Ensuring audit readiness and compliance across key deadlines.
- Providing structured project leadership in a resource-constrained environment.
- Bringing a “whole-of-organisation” mindset, beyond just IT.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-wide projects, ideally across HR/IR, disability/NDIS services, or compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, from frontline staff to executives.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach while still operating strategically.
