We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale recruitment and onboarding transformation within a complex enterprise environment. This role will drive end-to-end implementation of a new HCM solution replacing legacy recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of HCM recruitment & onboarding solution
- Manage vendors, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders
- Drive planning, execution, and transition to BAU
- Ensure delivery across scope, budget, time, and quality
- Oversee data migration, integration, and process transformation
- Provide clear reporting across risks, issues, and progress
- Proven experience delivering HCM / recruitment system implementations
- Strong ERP or enterprise transformation experience
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
- Vendor management and commercial delivery experience
- Familiarity with SAP / integrated HR ecosystems (desirable)
- PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification
