We’re seeking an experienced Electronic Security Project Manager
to deliver a major Data Centre project
in Brisbane. This role will suit someone with a strong background in managing security systems on Tier 1 construction sites, particularly where coordination during wet concrete pours
is critical.
The Opportunity
Working with a national electronic security integrator, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-end security systems for a Tier 1 builder. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle — from planning and coordination through to commissioning and handover — ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and integration to building systems.
- Oversee installation activities, including coordination during wet concrete pours and critical path construction phases.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Maintain budget control and report on project progress and variations.
- Liaise daily with the Tier 1 construction team, consultants, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
- Proven experience delivering electronic security projects valued around $3M.
- Strong background working on Tier 1 construction sites or large-scale infrastructure builds.
- Demonstrated understanding of security system design, integration, and commissioning.
- Experience coordinating in complex, live construction environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current QLD Security Licence and Construction White Card.
