We're working with a leading global tech business that’s building smart, networked building automation and surveillance systems — and they’re after a Technical Scrum Master
to help guide their engineering teams to success.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as a key link between engineering and product — running sprints, removing blockers, and supporting developers with a clear roadmap and structure. This isn’t just a coordination gig — we’re looking for someone who understands software delivery at a technical level and can genuinely empower teams.
- Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, sprint planning, etc.)
- Support engineers in delivering high-quality product releases
- Break down product features into clear, actionable tickets
- Keep everyone aligned — from QA and engineers to product leadership
- Remove blockers, coach for performance, and keep the sprint engine running
- Background in software development (3+ years)
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Tech Lead (1+ years)
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum best practices
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-driven, organised, and solutions-focused
