This role will provide critical support across two major technology initiatives, working closely with senior Delivery Leads and Project Managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination support across multiple technology and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders, schedule and facilitate workshops, and manage meeting logistics.
- Capture actions, decisions and meeting outcomes, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, risk and issue registers, and delivery schedules.
- Support day-to-day project delivery activities, tracking actions, risks, dependencies and milestones.
- Assist with PMO and governance activities, including reporting as required.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or PMO Analyst within technology or transformation environments.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting Project Managers and Delivery Leads across complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously and proactively driving outcomes.
