The role
- Develop and manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders, identifying cross-government opportunities for collaboration
- Lead and manage a number of transformation change projects to deliver program outcomes
- Facilitate prioritisation and strategic alignment of initiatives to support decision-making
- Run regular project assurance activities to manage risk
- Lead planning, risk, change, quality and resource management across projects
What you'll bring
- Expertise across a range of project and program management methodologies
- Hands-on delivery of complex projects in digital solutions, organisational change, or customer experience
- Experience running a coordinated programme of work end to end
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence
- Strong track record managing budget, people and process across multiple projects
