Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement and Salesforce-related programs, from initiation through to closure.
- Manage RFQ processes including vendor engagement, evaluation frameworks, tender documentation, and contract award coordination.
- Oversee Salesforce program initiatives including implementation, optimisation, and adoption activities across the client organisation.
- Establish and manage program scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure programs are delivered in accordance with client governance, reporting, and assurance requirements.
- Prepare and present clear status reporting to program, portfolio, and executive governance forums.
- Facilitate workshops, vendor briefings, and program forums as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager delivering procurement and/or Salesforce-led programs.
- Previous experience working within the education sector or a similar large institutional environment is essential.
- Experience managing RFQ and tender processes end-to-end.
- Salesforce program management experience, including CRM implementations or platform transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and vendor management frameworks.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams across technical and non-technical workstreams.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
