Required Skills & Experience:
- 10–15+ years' experience in strategy, management consulting or consulting-led transformation roles within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated leadership of large workstreams or programs with measurable outcomes (productivity, experience, risk, cost).
- Experience operating credibly at senior executive level in regulated or publicly scrutinised environments.
- Structured, hypothesis-led problem solving with exceptional communication, facilitation and organisational change management skills.
- Demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering and continuous improvement methods, including use of Signavio process insights to inform business improvements.
- Experience using enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, EAM, Ariba, Signavio, LeanIX, Reltio) to enable redesigned business processes and operating models.
