Location: Melbourne CBD | 2 Days WFH / 3 Days Onsite
Salary:$180K-$210K Base + Super + Bonus
What you'll do:
- Take full ownership of the organisation's current security toolset, including Netskope, CrowdStrike, and Splunk
- Support the setup and ongoing delivery of the DevSecOps program
- Lead technical cyber security initiatives and coordinate team objectives
- Investigate complex security problems, deep dive into root causes, and implement practical solutions
- Influence security strategy through hands-on work, expertise, and initiative
- 7+ years in a technical cyber security role (financial services experience highly desirable)
- Calm, pragmatic, and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Hands-on experience across multiple domains, including:
- Scripting (PowerShell), DevSecOps, and Azure
- CrowdStrike, Netskope, SIEM (Splunk preferred)
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux/UNIX
- Firewall / WAF administration, Privileged Access Management
- Networking and Web Server Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
