PMO Manager

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager for a 6-month day rate contract to support a large-scale transformation initiative. In this role, you will play a key part in driving consistent and predictable program outcomes through strong governance frameworks, structured delivery enablement, and effective stakeholder engagement.
 
Working closely with senior leadership, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help enhance delivery capability across all phases of the program lifecycle, including planning, discovery, and implementation. The role will focus on supporting the successful rollout of new operating models, improving program visibility, and ensuring delivery activities remain aligned to strategic business objectives.
 
Key selection criteria :
 

• Extensive experience in enablement, PMO, change management, and digital transformation
• Strong understanding of program governance, PMO delivery models, and transformation lifecycle
• Analytical and data-driven, with experience in financial tracking, reporting, and performance measurement
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced program environment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including senior executive communication
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or digital programs
