We're partnering with a leading consulting organisation to engage an experienced Organisational Design Lead to support a range of large-scale transformation initiatives.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape future operating models, organisational structures and workforce strategies, translating business objectives into practical and sustainable outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Experience in organisational design, operating model or workforce strategy
- Background delivering large-scale transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to analyse organisational challenges and develop actionable recommendations
- Consulting or enterprise transformation experience highly regarded
- 6-month contract
- $1000-$1050p/d + GST Daily Rate
