What We Are Looking For
My client is seeking an experienced Virtualisation Administrator to join their Global Infrastructure team as part of an ongoing VMware to OpenShift migration program.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and maintain VMware and Openshift Virtualization clusters on-premises
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal operation and high availability
- Manage user access, permissions and security best practices for containerized applications
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to optimize applications running on Openshift
- Lead conversions from VMware to Openshift Virtualization and manage existing VMware environments
Technical Requirements
- 2+ years' experience as an Openshift Virtualization Administrator or similar infrastructure role
- Strong understanding of Openshift Virtualization, Kubernetes architecture and containerized environments
- Knowledge of networking concepts and configurations in virtualized environments
- Problem-solving ability under pressure with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Openshift, Redhat or VMware certifications are advantageous
