Network Automation Engineer | Canberra | Contract or Perm
 
$180k - $200k package - Perm 
$800 - $1200 per day - Contract
 
MUST already hold current NV2 and TSPV security clearance
5x days in office role, b ased in Canberra
 
Join a high-performing delivery team designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale network solutions. You'll play a key role in network automation, virtual design, and infrastructure optimisation across multi-domain environments.
 
What you'll be doing:

- Designing & implementing physical and virtual networks(VMware SDDC)
- Automating deployment, configuration & monitoring of network devices
- Supporting Cisco, Palo Alto, and VMware NSX-T environments
- Collaborating across disciplines to deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Producing detailed design and operational documentation
 
What we're looking for:

- Strong experience with Cisco enterprise hardware& Palo Alto NGFW
- Understanding of SDDC best practices, ACI, and ISE
- Exposure to automation tools(Terraform, Ansible)
- Passion for DevSecOps, CI/CD, and continuous improvement
