Network & VoIP Support Engineer
Must be Sydney-based and be Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
Rate: $600 per day + Super (12-month contract)

Join a high-impact team supporting mission-critical communications across NSW. We’re seeking a skilled Network & VoIP Support Engineer to maintain and enhance our voice and data infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity for frontline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level network support, resolving LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Maintain and support Cisco VoIP systems, including Call Manager, Unity, and Contact Centre Express.
- Monitor network performance and conduct proactive troubleshooting.
- Configure Cisco switches and routers for optimal functionality.
- Support audio/video conferencing solutions and address Wi-Fi connectivity challenges across Cisco and Aruba infrastructure.
- Assist with advanced networking solutions like Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, Cisco ISE, and F5 Load Balancers.
- Collaborate with Field Support teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Diagnose hardware and firmware concerns, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in a rotational roster providing after-hours on-call support.
- 3–5 years of experience in network support, with proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring network devices.
- Experience managing voice communication systems and supporting conferencing solutions.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi connectivity across various infrastructure platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Willingness to provide after-hours support and travel to remote sites when required.
