We're seeking a Network Support Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation in Perth. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping critical network services running smoothly, from proactive monitoring and troubleshooting through to incident response and change management.
 
You'll act as an escalation point for network incidents, work closely with internal teams and vendors, and help ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of complex network infrastructure.
 
What you'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in a NOC or network support role (ideally in telco/ISP environments)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across IP/Optical networks
• CCNA, JNCIA or equivalent experience
• ITIL knowledge (incident/change management)
• Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
