Solution Implementation Engineer
12 months Contract | $980 per day + Super
Sydney-Based


An opportunity for a highly skilled Solution Implementation Engineer to join a large, complex enterprise program delivering modern, secure and scalable network solutions. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting project teams by translating high-level designs into robust, production-ready implementations across critical network environments.

Eligibility

  • Baseline clearance will be needed.
  • Must be Sydney-based, no relocation

The Role

Working closely with Principal Network Specialists, Engineers and delivery teams, you will:
  • Validate technical designs and ensure alignment with business and security requirements
  • Build, configure and implement enterprise network solutions
  • Support service transition from legacy infrastructure to modern platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during critical deployments
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementation activities within tight timeframes
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to manage dependencies and integrations
Program Overview

You’ll be part of a large-scale Critical Network Program supporting digital transformation across multiple technology streams, including:
  • Site Networks
  • Network Security
  • Contact Centre technologies
  • Corporate Telephony
  • Audio-Visual connectivity
Key Skills & Experience
  • Enterprise-level experience as a Network Engineer or Network Solution Specialist
  • Hands-on implementation of Cisco SD-WAN, SD-Access, DNAC, Firepower and ISE
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS network architecture
  • Exposure to SASE technologies and architectures
  • Solid understanding of network security principles
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE desirable)
