About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a global design and manufacturing business, known for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and human-centric design in the commercial interiors space.
As National Strategic Account Manager, you’ll lead and grow national partnerships with major institutional property groups and multi-site corporate clients — including Charter Hall, Dexus, Mirvac, GPT, Stockland, CBRE Investment Management, and large occupiers like Woolworths, Westpac and Telstra.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in complex, strategic sales environments and is comfortable managing long sales cycles, multi-tier stakeholder relationships, and ESG-aligned commercial negotiations.
Your Role
Manage and grow high-value national accounts across the commercial, workplace, education, and retail sectors.
Lead strategic engagement across institutional property groups, REITs, asset managers, and corporate real estate teams.
Partner with internal design, sustainability and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with client ESG, wellness, and carbon-neutral goals.
Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across property, procurement, facilities, and sustainability divisions.
Lead proposals, commercial negotiations, and long-term agreements across Australia.
What You Bring
Proven experience in national or strategic account management within commercial interiors, construction, or property-related sectors.
A background working with institutional clients such as REITs, asset managers, corporate real estate teams or FM providers.
Confidence navigating long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure, pitch and negotiate large-scale solutions.
A genuine passion for design, sustainability and delivering long-term value to clients.
