- Owning Tier 1 distributor relationships nationally — you’ll be their go-to
- Driving product volume and market share across Australia
- Overseeing the process end-to-end: orders, logistics, suppliers, and delivery
- Developing and executing sales strategies to unlock new growth
- Acting as the link between sales, distributors, and operations to keep things moving smoothly
- Strong business development or sales background, ideally within building products or distribution
- Experience managing major accounts or Tier 1 distributors
- A results-driven approach with proven success in driving volume sales
- Sharp commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
