An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Mobile Device Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise mobility program within a highly secure and fast-paced environment
You’ll play a key role supporting and implementing mobile technologies including smartphones, tablets, data SIMs, and mobile device management solutions across a complex enterprise landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mobile device rollout, re-enrolments & factory resets
- Airwatch/MDM administration & support
- Device provisioning, activations & deactivations
- Stakeholder engagement across all business levels
- Supporting ICT projects & process improvements
- Troubleshooting mobile technologies with minimal disruption
- Documentation, ticket management & ongoing support capability
40 hour week | Security checks required
