Fast-growing Managed Service Provider supporting SMB clients across Australia is looking for a hands-on Level 2 Support Engineer to join the team.
You will be expected to own escalations end-to-end, working across Microsoft 365 and Jamf Pro environments, and supporting a mix of Windows and macOS clients. You'll also get involved in client onboarding and environment improvements, not just BAU support.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in an MSP environment
- Strong Jamf Pro administration(policies, profiles, device management)
- Solid macOS support experience
- Microsoft 365(Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint)
- Confident troubleshooting and ability to own tickets through to resolution
- Mostly remote support with occasional onsite work
- Mix of BAU + project work
- High ownership, no hand-holding environment
