Level 2 Service Desk Engineer | Fully Remote | South Australia 

Up to $100K + Super (depending on experience)
Fully remote in SA
Full-time | 38 hours per week
Weekend roster required | 5 days in 7
Must have a driver's license and access to a vehicle (approximately 4 weeks of field services support per year)

  • Must already be based in South Australia
  • Must have full Australian working rights
  • No sponsorship available
  • No relocation assistance provided
Tech Stack:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Intune
  • SCCM
  • Azure / Entra ID
  • Active Directory
  • Modern Workplace Technologies
We're looking for someone with:
  • Proven Australian Level 2 Support / Service Desk experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
  • MSP or Healthcare/Medical experience (highly regarded)
