Job responsibilities:
- Demonstrates strong experience as a Systems Analyst, supporting analysis and design across complex, integration-heavy environments
- Engages with both business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, practical system designs
- Interprets source code, configurations, and logical models to support analysis, clarify designs, and assist with issue resolution
- Contributes to solution discovery activities, including current state analysis, impact assessments, and evaluation of potential options
- Supports backlog readiness by breaking down requirements and acceptance criteria into well-defined, testable outcomes aligned with Definition of Ready standards
- Brings hands-on experience in analysing and documenting API integrations, including OpenAPI Specifications (OAS), JSON/XML structures, validation rules, error handling, and interface definitions
- Assists in cloud-based solution initiatives, considering impacts to performance, security, scalability, and resilience within AWS environments
- Produces and maintains key system design artefacts such as functional specifications, process and data flows, interface documentation, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including development, testing, DevOps, and architecture to ensure clarity and alignment throughout delivery
- Provides support and guidance to peers, contributing to improved consistency and quality across analysis and design outputs
- Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and assumptions, ensuring they are clearly communicated and managed
