An opportunity for a hands-on Business Systems professional ready to step into the management of a small internal tech team and genuinely make an impact.
This role is responsible for owning and evolving the organisation's internal technology environment, ensuring systems are secure, compliant, well-integrated, and enabling the business to scale efficiently. You'll sit close to the business, working across Finance, People & Culture, and Product, with clear visibility to senior leadership.
This is a delivery-focused role, so looking for someone who has successfully run projects, improved systems, and driven change, and is now ready to take ownership and lead/manage a small team.
What you'll be doing
- Own and improve internal business systems(SaaS platforms across Finance, HRIS, CRM, project tools, etc.)
- Lead and deliver projects
including system implementations, integrations and process automation
(e.g. Salesforce, Atlassian ecosystem) - Manage vendors, licensing, access controls and system optimisation
- Oversee information security, data protection and compliance(GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Coordinate audits, risk assessments and incident response
- Manage endpoint operations, MDM, device security and backups
- Produce clear reporting on systems performance, risk and compliance
- Lead and develop a small internal team (2 direct reports)
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in Business Systems, IT Operations, or Information Security roles
- Proven experience running and delivering projects(hands-on, not just strategy)
- Strong SaaS administration experience (Salesforce, Atlassian, HR/Finance systems)
- Solid understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
- Experience with identity management (OKTA, Azure AD or similar)
- Comfortable documenting, improving and scaling business processes
- A natural collaborator who can communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Looking for someone who has gone into an environment and made a measurable difference
