An opportunity for a hands-on Business Systems professional ready to step into the management of a small internal tech team and genuinely make an impact.

This role is responsible for owning and evolving the organisation's internal technology environment, ensuring systems are secure, compliant, well-integrated, and enabling the business to scale efficiently. You'll sit close to the business, working across Finance, People & Culture, and Product, with clear visibility to senior leadership.

This is a delivery-focused role,  so looking for someone who has successfully run projects, improved systems, and driven change, and is now ready to take ownership and lead/manage a small team.

What you'll be doing
  • Own and improve internal business systems(SaaS platforms across Finance, HRIS, CRM, project tools, etc.)
  • Lead and deliver projects including system implementations, integrations and process automation
    (e.g. Salesforce, Atlassian ecosystem)
  • Manage vendors, licensing, access controls and system optimisation
  • Oversee information security, data protection and compliance(GDPR, ISO 27001)
  • Coordinate audits, risk assessments and incident response
  • Manage endpoint operations, MDM, device security and backups
  • Produce clear reporting on systems performance, risk and compliance
  • Lead and develop a small internal team (2 direct reports)

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years' experience in Business Systems, IT Operations, or Information Security roles
  • Proven experience running and delivering projects(hands-on, not just strategy)
  • Strong SaaS administration experience (Salesforce, Atlassian, HR/Finance systems)
  • Solid understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with identity management (OKTA, Azure AD or similar)
  • Comfortable documenting, improving and scaling business processes
  • A natural collaborator who can communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Looking for someone who has gone into an environment and made a measurable difference

Why this role
  • Excellent step into people leadership if you've been operating at senior/lead level
  • Plenty of career progression as the business continues to scale
  • Values-led, collaborative culture with genuine support from leadership
  • Opportunity to shape systems, processes and governance from the inside
  • High trust, high impact role with real ownership
