Salary: $95K + Super
Contract/ Permanent: Permanent
- Provide on-site IT support across multiple locations, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently, escalating complex issues where required.
- Support user setups, relocations, and onboarding, ensuring all devices and systems are fully operational.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining emotional awareness, managing multiple service requests, and meeting SLAs.
- Will need to have full driving license and use of their own car
