About the Role Working closely with clients, consultants and internal project teams, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of large-scale hospitality projects from concept through to completion.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of hospitality environments, gaming spaces, food & beverage venues and customer experience-driven design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and commercially practical design concepts
- Produce detailed documentation and presentation packages
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Coordinate finishes, fixtures, furniture and material selections
- Work collaboratively with project delivery and construction teams
- Manage projects across pubs, clubs, gaming venues and RSL developments
- Attend site meetings and oversee project progress where required
- Proven Interior Design experience within pubs, clubs, hospitality or RSL environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed hospitality projects
- Proficiency across AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent space planning and technical documentation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Passion for hospitality design and customer experience
