About the opportunity
A major NSW Government cluster is running a large-scale technology transformation program and needs a hands-on Integration Technical Lead to own the integration workstream. You'll be the technical anchor point across a multi-vendor delivery environment, working alongside architecture, security, infrastructure, and delivery teams on a program with genuine scale and complexity.
The role
- Provide technical leadership across integration delivery for two large, concurrent transformation programs
- Lead integration architecture and solution design
- Define and maintain integration standards and governance processes
- Review and assure integration deliverables from internal teams and vendors
- Act as the primary escalation point for integration-related technical decisions
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions in complex organisations
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, API strategies, event-driven architecture, messaging, data integration, and cloud integration patterns
- Experience leading technical teams and assuring vendor-delivered technical designs
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Mulesoft, Informatica, MS Fabric, and Power Automate
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and mentoring skills
