Join a life insurer undergoing a major underwriting transformation, implementing a new SaaS-based underwriting platform.
This is a high-impact, early-stage role focused on shaping requirements from a relatively greenfield position.

- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for underwriting platform
- Work with stakeholders to define business processes and capabilities
- Translate business needs into structured requirements for SaaS vendor delivery
- Support solution design, estimation, and delivery planning
- Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across business and tech teams
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Exposure to insurance (life preferred, general acceptable)
- Proven ability to work in early-stage / ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working with SaaS platforms / vendor-led delivery
- Experience in underwriting or policy admin systems (e.g. EBIX or similar)
- Consulting-style background (ability to shape problems, not just document)
