What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse CRM and campaign data to uncover actionable insights that improve targeting and engagement
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI to visualise marketing performance
- Design and lead experimentation (e.g., A/B tests and multivariate tests) to generate actionable insights that inform and optimise marketing strategies, channel performance, and customer engagement.
- Translate complex data into clear, impactful narratives for stakeholders across the business
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reports and marketing systems
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are understood and actioned
- Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau or Looker)
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis
- Strong data storytelling ability – you can communicate insight, not just numbers
- Experience in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and customer segmentation
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
- Background in commercial or marketing analytics roles
- Understanding of campaign tracking, marketing performance metrics, and experimentation frameworks
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment
