A large education organisation is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solution Architect to support several key programs of work across their enterprise environment. You'll work closely with internal teams and technology partners to design and deliver solutions across Microsoft 365, print management and observability.
What you’ll be working on
• Designing and implementing an enterprise-grade Cohesity backup and recovery solution for Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Architecting a secure Follow Me Print / Papercut solution aligned to identity and access management standards.
• Defining and delivering an organisation-wide monitoring and observability strategy using modern tooling and frameworks.
• Partnering with technical SMEs, stakeholder groups and vendors to ensure solutions are well-designed, repeatable and fit for purpose.
• Providing architectural governance, documentation, solution options and technical leadership across multiple workstreams.
What we’re looking for
• Strong background as an Infrastructure or Cloud Solution Architect in large, complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, backup and recovery solutions, and enterprise identity integration.
• Familiarity with Papercut or similar secure print management solutions.
• Experience mapping and implementing monitoring / observability frameworks.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, challenge requirements, and present clear solution options.
• Strong documentation skills and an understanding of architectural governance.
