We’re looking for a hands-on IDMC Tech Lead
who can combine technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver high-impact data integration solutions.
In this 12+ month contract, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and lead a high-performing team delivering critical data projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading IDMC & Informatica Power Center solutions for data integration and migration.
- Designing and delivering ETL pipelines and performing deep-dive data analysis.
- Writing and optimising complex SQL to meet business needs.
- Developing and refining data models for large-scale solutions.
- Driving delivery from offshore teams in an Agile environment.
- Partnering directly with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure success.
- 10+ years of IDMC & Informatica Power Center experience.
- 1–3 years with Control-M Scheduler (preferred).
- Advanced SQL development and optimisation skills.
- Strong background in data modelling, migration, and analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects in an onsite/offshore Agile model.
- Long-term stability – 12+ month engagement with potential to extend.
