We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of IAM solutions within a purpose-driven organisation. This role offers the opportunity to influence security strategy and streamline user access across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IAM deployments and integrations (SailPoint experience preferred)
- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, access, and entitlement issues
- Collaborate with teams to automate and improve access processes
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations
- 3+ years’ hands-on IAM implementation and integration
- Expertise in Azure AD, Exchange Online, Domain Controllers
- Experience with Windows Server 2012+ and VMWare
- Ability to pass Police Check and Working with Children Check
- PowerShell scripting and Linux experience
- Healthcare sector knowledge
