This engagement will focus on improving visibility and structure across HR processes and operating models. You’ll work alongside process specialists and business stakeholders to coordinate discovery, planning, governance, and delivery - ensuring initiatives are structured, aligned, and progressing effectively.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role embedded within business-as-usual uplift activity rather than large-scale enterprise transformation.
The Role
You will lead structured delivery activities supporting process mapping and operating model uplift initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders and specialist analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initial discovery activities to establish current-state understanding
- Develop delivery plans and governance structures
- Coordinate stakeholders and workshops across business units
- Partner with process architects/analysts conducting detailed mapping
- Manage risks, issues, reporting, and communications
- Coordinate internal resource contributions
- Support funding and resourcing requests through structured approvals
- Ensure alignment with organisational governance frameworks
You’re a pragmatic, structured Project Manager comfortable bringing clarity into ambiguous environments and driving disciplined delivery.
Required Experience
- HR / People & Culture project management experience, specifically working on operating model uplift
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
- PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
- Strong governance, planning, and reporting capability
- Stakeholder engagement across business functions
- Initial 6-month engagement + extension
- Brisbane CBD location
- Hybrid working model (approx. 50/50 office & WFH)
