We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to support uplift activity within a People & Culture function for a large, regulated enterprise organisation.

This engagement will focus on improving visibility and structure across HR processes and operating models. You’ll work alongside process specialists and business stakeholders to coordinate discovery, planning, governance, and delivery - ensuring initiatives are structured, aligned, and progressing effectively.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role embedded within business-as-usual uplift activity rather than large-scale enterprise transformation.

The Role
  
You will lead structured delivery activities supporting process mapping and operating model uplift initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders and specialist analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initial discovery activities to establish current-state understanding
  • Develop delivery plans and governance structures
  • Coordinate stakeholders and workshops across business units
  • Partner with process architects/analysts conducting detailed mapping
  • Manage risks, issues, reporting, and communications
  • Coordinate internal resource contributions
  • Support funding and resourcing requests through structured approvals
  • Ensure alignment with organisational governance frameworks
About You
  
You’re a pragmatic, structured Project Manager comfortable bringing clarity into ambiguous environments and driving disciplined delivery.

Required Experience
  • HR / People & Culture project management experience, specifically working on operating model uplift
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
  • Strong governance, planning, and reporting capability
  • Stakeholder engagement across business functions
Contract Details
  • Initial 6-month engagement + extension
  • Brisbane CBD location
  • Hybrid working model (approx. 50/50 office & WFH)
  • $1000 per day
