Help Desk Analyst (Contract)
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk / Help Desk Analyst to join a purpose-driven organisation that supports people in need. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across Level 1 & 2 support during a major digital transformation project.
You'll work closely with a range of teams and technologies, and be a key player in ensuring smooth and responsive technical support.
Day-to-Day:
• Deliver Level 1 & 2 support across hardware, software, and access issues
• Manage and resolve a high volume of incidents and requests using ServiceNow
• Communicate with users across multiple channels, including Microsoft Teams
• Escalate more complex issues and follow through to resolution
• Help support critical tech initiatives and change programs
Key requirements:
• Previous experience in a Help Desk / Service Desk Analyst role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow
• Confident using Microsoft Teams for internal communication
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
