What We Are Looking For
We're seeking an experienced GCP Practice Leader to drive our client’s Google Cloud Practice. You'll combine your hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, guiding complex cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.

You'll need 7+ years in cloud engineering with 4+ years in customer-facing leadership roles, plus proven success delivering $1M+ projects. If you're a cloud architect who thrives on building high-performing teams and solving mission-critical challenges, we want to hear from you.

• Define and execute Go-To-Market strategies for Google Cloud services while building strategic relationships with Google and ecosystem partners.
• Lead customer discovery, technical assessments and solution design workshops, serving as primary technical advisor during transformation journeys.
• Design enterprise-grade cloud architectures aligned to business objectives using Google Cloud Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, DevOps specialists and solution architects to deliver excellence.
• Drive complex cloud migration and modernisation initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, security policies and compliance standards.

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and Professional DevOps Engineer certifications (required).
• Deep expertise across GCP services including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, BigQuery, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, IAM, Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL.
• Expert-level Infrastructure as Code proficiency using Terraform and Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or .NET.
• Strong background in containerisation, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipeline design and site reliability engineering practices.
