Location: Melbourne (hybrid)
Day Rate:$1000 – $1100 per day + GST
Contract Duration: Initial 3 months + 12-month extension
Engagement: Part-time (2–3 days/week) - potential 5 days per week at extension
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Process Architect to review and improve core finance processes, with an initial focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
You’ll assess current processes, identify inefficiencies and control gaps, and design future-state processes to support a major ERP transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Review and map end-to-end finance processes (P2P focus)
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and manual workarounds
- Design and document improved processes (SOPs, RACIs, workflows)
- Support implementation, testing, and training
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to drive adoption
- Strong experience across finance processes (P2P, ideally broader)
- ERP experience ( SAP preferred)
- Process mapping / improvement expertise (Lean, BPMN etc.)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in finance transformation or ERP readiness
- ERP upgrade / transformation experience (e.g. S/4HANA)
- Exposure to automation or process mining
