- Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance support
- Coordinate and prioritise field service requests, ensuring efficient resource allocation and SLA adherence
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, supporting the team with troubleshooting and resolution
- Oversee on-site support operations, including installations, maintenance, and user support across multiple locations
- Drive continuous improvement by refining processes, reporting on team performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Must have a full car license and use of your own vehicle.
