Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on desktop and deskside support across a network of 12 clinics
- Manage troubleshooting, PC refreshes, and new laptop rollouts
- Travel regionally approximately every second month for a full week, covering Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Rockhampton (option to drive or fly, with hire car and accommodation provided)

- A genuinely varied, hands-on generalist role covering hardware, networking, and infrastructure
- Autonomy across multiple sites, with regional travel fully supported
- Proven experience in a healthcare or health-focused environment is desirable.
- Strong generalist IT support background, with experience across desktop support, networking fundamentals, and hardware refresh/rollout work
- Comfortable and willing to travel regionally as part of the role
- Own reliable transport
- Confident working independently across multiple sites with shifting daily priorities
