This is a strategic leadership position responsible for the health, roadmap, performance and continuous improvement of a critical ERP environment supporting finance, workforce management, payroll, procurement and corporate services.
About the Role
As the ERP Platform Owner, you will provide end-to-end ownership of the SAP ecosystem, working across business and technology teams to ensure platform reliability, security, service performance and future capability growth.
You will engage with senior stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and external vendors while balancing operational excellence with long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the enterprise ERP platform strategy and roadmap
- Drive platform reliability, performance and security
- Govern managed service providers and vendor relationships
- Lead platform upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with senior business stakeholders across the organisation
- Reduce technical complexity and improve platform efficiency
- Support enterprise architecture and integration decisions
- Ensure governance, risk and compliance requirements are met
You'll ideally bring experience in:
- SAP Platform Ownership or ERP leadership roles
- SAP S/4HANA environments
- Enterprise Applications Management
- Technology Service Ownership
- Product Ownership of enterprise platforms
- Enterprise Architecture and integration environments
- Vendor and managed service management
- Large and complex government or regulated environments
