to support a major internal communications transformation within a large, purpose-driven organisation. This 6-month contract(with strong potential to go permanent) is ideal for a senior comms professional who thrives in complex environments and knows how to engage staff at every level.

Salary $800/day (Negotiable)
Hybrid 4 days per week in CBD office
The Role
Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Communications, you’ll:
- Lead internal communication campaigns across multiple business units.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver consistent, strategic messaging.
- Support organisational change communications (not a change role, but closely linked).
- Develop engaging content across internal channels.
- Help establish a new business partnering model within a growing team.
- Strong internal comms and employee engagement background (corporate experience preferred).
- Confident working with executives and coordinating enterprise-wide messaging.
- Excellent writing skills; Viva Engage experience a bonus.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
