We are supporting a major consulting partner on a high-impact transformation for a South Australian government regulatory agency that is adopting a modern SaaS-based technology stack. As part of this programme, we are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Developer to join the delivery team.
This project is focused on implementing a new technology solution for the client, with a strong emphasis on Portal development, Power Pages, and solution deployment across the D365 platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service
- Configuring and customising D365 CRM components to meet business and compliance requirements
- Building and enhancing Power Pages(Portals) to support external-facing services
- Contributing to solution deployment activities including package management and environment configuration
- Setting up, configuring, and running Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for deployment automation
- Working closely with architects, functional consultants, and delivery leads to ensure high-quality outcomes for a complex government environment
What we’re looking for
- Strong capability in D365 CRM configuration and development
- Hands-on experience with Power Pages(formerly Portals)
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including pipeline setup, YAML, and CI/CD practices
- Experience across D365 Customer Service and D365 Field Service modules
- Ability to work in a structured delivery environment within a large consulting programme
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
